Shipping and return
Order processing
Processing: Orders received on working days are usually processed within 24 hours.
Confirmation and tracking: After registration, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link.
Changes / cancellations: Possible only before the start of the order. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@aurelyco.kz.
Delivery
Delivery cost: 4,95 €.
Sending from: Netherlands.
Delivery area: we deliver all over Europe.
Delivery time: usually 2-5 working days from the date of transfer to the carrier (may vary depending on the address and load of the carrier).
Carriers: courier services under the contract with the possibility of tracking.
Non-delivery/loss: If the shipment has not arrived within 10 working days from the date of shipment, please contact us. We initiate an investigation with the carrier (usually 5-14 days).
Incorrect address: We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address; reshipment may be charged.
Refund and cancellation
Are you a consumer? When buying online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment without giving reasons.
Exception for food additives: For health and hygiene reasons, return is possible only for unprinted and undamaged goods (with a whole hygienic seal). Opened/printed goods are not refundable.
Procedure (RMA)
• Write to us at support@aurelyco.kz within 14 days from the date of receipt, indicating the order number and goods to be returned.
• Wait for confirmation and return instructions (RMA). Refunds without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Carefully pack the unprinted goods, attach the order number and send it to the address below.
• Please note: the costs of return shipping are borne by the customer.
Condition of the goods
The goods must be in the original packaging, not printed, without damage.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount in proportion to any damage caused by handling the goods in excess of what is necessary to familiarize ourselves with it.
Refund
After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days.
The refund will be made by the same payment method used to pay for the order.
The cost of delivery is non-refundable, unless it is a legal claim regarding the defective goods.
Damaged or defective goods
If you have received a damaged parcel or goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@aurelyco.kz and attach photos of the goods, packaging and transport label of the carrier. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Frequently asked questions
I didn't receive the order confirmation.
Check the Spam folder. If there is no letter, write to us and indicate "Missing order confirmation" in the subject line.
Where can I find the tracking number?
In the letter about sending. If it has not arrived, write to us with the subject "Missing tracking number".
Can the delivery time be longer?
Yes, for example, during peak seasons or due to customs and logistics restrictions. We always send a tracking link.
