(Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller")

This document is an official offer (public offer) of OCE Group LLP to any capable individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to conclude a retail sales contract on the terms set out below.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Offer is drawn up in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1.2. Publication (placement) of the text of this Offer on the website https://aurelyco.kz is a public offer of the Seller addressed to an indefinite circle of persons.

1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is considered to be the Buyer's placement of an Order for the Goods posted on the Site and/or payment for the Goods.

1.4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Offer unilaterally. The new edition comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site, unless otherwise provided.

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to pay and accept the Goods - biologically active additives and related goods (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") presented on the Website aurelyco.kz.

2.2. The visual representation, composition, characteristics and description of the Goods are published on the pages of the Site and may be changed without prior notice.

3. Order registration and execution procedure

3.1. The Buyer independently places an Order on the Website or by phone/e-mail of the Seller.

3.2. The Seller has the right to request confirmation of the Order by phone or e-mail.

3.3. In the absence of the necessary Goods, the Seller notifies the Buyer and offers to replace or cancel the Order with a subsequent refund.

3.4. The Seller has the right to refuse to execute the Order in case of incomplete/incorrect indication of the data by the Buyer.

4. Payment terms

4.1. Prices for the Goods are indicated on the Site in tenge of the Republic of Kazakhstan and include all applicable taxes.

4.2. Payment is made in one of the ways specified on the Site (including non-cash, bank card, etc.).

4.3. The moment of payment is the receipt of funds to the Seller's current account or confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider.

5. Delivery and transfer of Goods

5.1. Delivery is carried out through partner delivery services or self-delivery, if the appropriate option is available.

5.2. Terms, terms and cost of delivery are determined when placing an Order.

5.3. The risk of accidental death or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of transfer of the Goods to the transport company or to the Buyer personally.

6. Return and exchange

6.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods that are not suitable in shape, style, dimensions, color, size or configuration within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (unless otherwise established for goods not subject to return under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

6.2. Goods of proper quality included in the list of non-food goods not subject to return or exchange (incl. Supplements, medical and hygienic products), are not subject to return (clause 5 of the Rules of Retail Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

6.3. The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.

7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for harm caused to the Buyer's health due to improper use of the Goods, violating the manufacturer's instructions or indications for use.

7.2. The buyer is obliged to independently familiarize himself with the composition, method of application and contraindications for each Product.

7.3. All materials and information presented on the Site are for reference only and are not a guide to self-treatment.

8. Confidentiality and personal data protection

8.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data".

8.2. By placing an Order, the Buyer consents to the processing of his personal data, including transfer to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling the Order.

9. Force majeure

9.1. The parties are exempt from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of obligations under this Offer if it is caused by force majeure circumstances (force majeure).

10. Validity period and conclusion of the contract

10.1. This Offer is valid indefinitely from the moment of its posting on the Site.

10.2. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance of the Offer by the Buyer and is valid until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations.

11. Final provisions

11.1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall apply to the relations arising within the framework of this Offer.

11.2. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations, if no agreement is reached - in court at the Seller's location.
